Overview
The City Civil Registrar's Office issues certified copies of birth, marriage, and death certificates, and processes civil registry corrections such as late registration and legitimation. Requests can be made in person, and some documents can also be requested through the Philippine Statistics Authority's online delivery service for records already on file nationally.
