Step-by-Step Process
Log in to the eLGU City of Alaminos Pangasinan portal (elgu-city-of-alaminos-pangasinan.e.gov.ph) or the eGOV mobile app, select "City of Alaminos Services" then "Business Permit (BPLS)" then "New" then "Proceed," fill in business info/operations/line of business, upload documents, and submit the application
